Under no circumstances will Experience Co be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost or damaged property, lost profits or savings or damages or disappointment. You will be required to complete an indemnity form prior to flying.
Experience Co may arrange for your flight to be carried out by another balloon company. In such instances, Experience Co accepts no liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury, or damages to in respect to person or property. Experience Co reserves the right to alter contents of product when deemed necessary.
At the time of booking, please let us know your approximate weight as this is important for our pilots loading preparations.
DAY BEFORE TRAVEL
You will receive a text message from our staff the night before travel between 6.30-7.30pm. We will confirm your meeting time and answer any questions you may have.
The meeting time depends on the time of year and the weather forecast. You will be advised the meeting time when you call us to check-in the night before.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear casual clothing with flat shoes preferably waterproof. We recommend long trousers, long sleeved shirt and jacket with a hat to shield you from the heat of the balloon burners. Bring your sunglasses and a bottle of water, especially in the warmer months.
Dates can be changed up to 72 HOURS before the tour departs at no additional charge. Outside 72 hours you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid
Bookings cancelled less than 72 HOURS before the tour departs will forfeit 100% of the total price paid
We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance to cover possible unforeseen circumstances.
FAILURE TO SHOW
If you fail to show for your flight you forfeit 100% of the total price paid
WEATHER & UNPREDICATABLE CONDITIONS
If your flight has been cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you may receive a full refund or rebook your flight to travel within 12 months of the original date.
If your flight has been cancelled due to the condition of minimum numbers for weight loading, you may receive a full refund or rebook your flight to travel within 12 months of the original date.
Gift vouchers are only valid when fully paid by the purchaser or distributer. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded in part or full.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
The credit card used in this transaction MUST be presented on the day of travel. If you are unable to present this credit card, you will be charged in full on arrival or management reserves the right to refuse travel.
